Żywiec Municipality introduced the 'Mobile Official' service for people with reduced mobility, making it easier to deal with administrative matters without leaving home.
"Mobile Official" service includes:
•    population registration: registration of residency /deregistration, issuing of certificates.
•    Business activity registration:  CEIDG recording, applications for suspension/renewal or deletion of activities.
•    Municipal waste charges: declarations and fee corrections.
•    Trees and bushes removal : permits applications and notifications.
Citizens of Żywiec City with disabilities who would like to use the 'Mobile Official' can get detailed information about the service, including eligibility criteria and application  form, by visiting the official Municipal Office website which provides easy access to service including:  necessary forms, regulations  and step-by-step instructions how to correctly apply for a visit from an official. Alternatively, interested citizen can go directly to the City Hall, where Municipality employees will give a personal consultation and help in application process.
The 'Mobile Ofificial’ service is an example of Municipality proactive efforts  for people with disabilities life quality improving.
Thanks to that, Żywiec City is becoming friendly for all residents and through public services individual needs adaptation proves,  that this kind of activity  is not only possible but also desirable in a modern society
Development of  this kind initiatives increases the independence of people with reduced mobility, allowing them to deal with administrative issues more comfortably and independently, which leads to building an inclusive urban community.
